Moog and Echodyne Announce Collaboration to Advance Weapon Systems for Global Defense
East Aurora, NY – Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B), a worldwide designer, manufacturer and systems integrator of high-performance precision motion and control systems, and Echodyne Corp., the radar platform company, announce an agreement to accelerate the development and demonstration of integrated hardware and software solutions for defense applications by combining Moog’s weapon-system capabilities with Echodyne’s radar systems.
This collaboration will enable Moog and Echodyne to work together on expanding integrated air and missile defense (IAMD) capabilities, airfield safety systems, and combat vehicle platforms. The agreement marks a significant step toward delivering mission ready systems for global defense markets, harnessing the strengths of both companies to provide mission configurable capabilities.
