Echodyne Launches EchoShield Rapid Deployment Kit

Echodyne unveiled its new EchoShield Rapid Deployment Kit (RDK) at DSEI 2025 which expanded its radar portfolio to include an all-inclusive radar kit with four Echoshield radars and supporting components that allow the radars to be fully operational quickly in any domain. Designed for operational readiness in under an hour, the EchoShield RDK delivers durable, hemispherical coverage up to 25 km, enabling rapid detection, tracking, and classification of drones across diverse missions and environments.

LONDON, 9 September 2025 – Echodyne, the radar platform company, today announces the immediate availability of the Rapid Deployment Kit (RDK) for its market-leading metamaterials electronically scanned array (MESA®) EchoShield radar. EchoShield is a software-defined, multi-mission, multi-domain, multi-modal radar with exceptional accuracy and advanced AI-based classification in increasingly high demand for air domain awareness and counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) solutions.
